Most quotes are chased once
One follow-up is standard, two is rare, five is almost unheard of. That gap is where the work goes.

- Day 0 — quote sent, receipt confirmed
- Day 2 — short check that it arrived, one qualifying question
- Day 5 — answer the most common objection for that job type
- Day 10 — offer a call or a deposit link
- Day 21 — polite close-out that invites a reply later
