I am involved in each of these businesses. This page explains what prompted each one and the part I play, rather than pretending they are independent recommendations.

They do different jobs. Reclaim Tax UK investigates tax reliefs that may have been missed. Keystone AI helps busy trade businesses respond to enquiries. Keystone Site keeps job information in one place. Gain Momentum makes it easier to follow through on worthwhile conversations. LifeVault helps people organise important life information for those they trust. Each one is designed to make an important part of life or work more reliable.

Reclaim Tax UK

Tax relief and incentives

We built Reclaim Tax UK after seeing how often legitimate tax reliefs were left unexplored simply because nobody had the time or specialist knowledge to investigate them.

Reclaim Tax UK is a specialist tax consultancy that looks at R&D tax relief, capital allowances, land remediation and Patent Box relief. The job is to establish whether there is a genuine claim, explain it plainly and do the work properly.

What Reclaim Tax UK has achieved

  • Reclaim Tax UK has supported more than 1,000 businesses.
  • Reclaim Tax UK has recovered more than £100 million for clients.

Why it exists

Tax relief is easy to miss when the rules sit outside a finance team's day-to-day remit. A business can be doing qualifying work without recognising it at the time.

Who it is for

UK businesses with projects, property or intellectual property that may have created a legitimate tax-relief opportunity.

Keystone AI

AI and customer response

Keystone AI came from a problem I kept seeing in trade businesses: a good enquiry arrives while somebody is on site, then the response depends on memory and spare time.

Keystone AI helps owner-led trade businesses capture enquiries, reply sooner and follow up without asking one person to hold every detail in their head.

Why it exists

A business can spend heavily to generate an enquiry and still lose it because nobody has a reliable way to respond, record it and decide what happens next.

Who it is for

Owner-led UK trade and construction businesses that lose enquiries through missed calls, slow replies or uneven follow-up.

Keystone Site

Site-to-office operations

Keystone Site started with a familiar construction problem: important job information disappears into WhatsApp messages, camera rolls and conversations that never reach the office.

Keystone Site gives site teams and office staff one job timeline for photos, updates, decisions and sign-off, so the record is there when somebody needs it.

Why it exists

When evidence and job communication live in separate places, handovers become guesswork and it is hard to establish what happened, who agreed it and what is still outstanding.

Who it is for

Construction and trade businesses that need site, office and customer information to stay connected during a job.

Gain Momentum

Relationship-led outreach

Gain Momentum is built around a simple observation: worthwhile conversations are easy to start and surprisingly easy to lose when follow-up lives across personal inboxes and memory.

Gain Momentum brings LinkedIn outreach, inbox management and follow-up into one place for businesses that want to stay in touch without turning people into a list of transactions.

Why it exists

Potential customers and partners fall through the gaps when the next conversation depends on one person's notes, inbox habits or recollection of what was agreed.

Who it is for

Businesses that rely on thoughtful, long-term conversations and need a more dependable way to keep track of them.

LifeVault UK

Life organisation and planning

LifeVault UK was built around a practical question: if something happened tomorrow, would the people you trust know where to find the information they need?

LifeVault UK helps people in England and Wales organise important documents, wishes, contacts and life information in one secure place, with clear control over who can access what.

Why it exists

Important information is often scattered across paperwork, online accounts, inboxes and memory. That leaves the people closest to you searching for answers at an already difficult time.

Who it is for

People in England and Wales who want their family or other trusted people to have a clearer picture of important life information when it matters.

Good Kit Co logo

Company 06

Good Kit Co

Branded workwear and merchandise

Good Kit Co came from how awkward branded kit usually is to order: high minimums, unclear artwork approval and no straight answer on what will actually turn up.

Good Kit Co supplies branded clothing, workwear, bottles, team kits and gift boxes for UK businesses, with artwork approved before anything goes into production.

Why it exists

Ordering branded kit is usually a guessing game. Minimum orders are too high for a small team, artwork gets approved late or not at all, and nobody knows what the finished item will look like until the boxes arrive.

Who it is for

UK businesses that need branded kit for their team, their customers or a campaign, without ordering hundreds of units to get a sensible price.

What I am trying to avoid

A good business should not run on memory, workarounds or crossed fingers.

Whether the issue is a tax opportunity, an enquiry, a job record or a conversation, I want the right information and the next responsibility to be obvious when it matters.

What happens next

Read the experiences that sit behind the businesses.

My approach has been shaped by sales, ownership, family and the times I have had to fix something after it went wrong.
