02 / Hands-on implementation
Stop carrying the same bottlenecks. Spend 90 days turning the priority issues into clearer processes, systems and ownership with your team.
The dividing line
This is the main hands-on implementation service.
An owner who is ready to make the change and wants an experienced operator working alongside the team to get it into use.
Choose this when the priority is clear enough to act on and your team needs experienced help to turn it into a working change. It is a defined engagement, not hourly consultancy.Scope
You should know exactly what you are buying, who owns delivery and where Chris’s responsibility ends.

The engagement
Take the highest-priority findings off the page and into day-to-day use across process, systems, information and responsibility.
Days 1–30
Trace the work, speak to the people closest to it and agree the changes most likely to reduce avoidable owner involvement within the scope.
Days 31–60
Redesign the agreed processes, systems, reporting or management routines, then work alongside the team as they are introduced and tested in practice.
Days 61–90
Make decision rights, measures and follow-up visible so the new way of working can continue without defaulting back to Chris or the owner.

The wider pathway
The core route is Owner’s Review, then implementation where needed, followed by advisory support when the client team is ready to own delivery.
The core owner-independence path
What happens next
Chris helps shape and deliver the agreed changes alongside the owner and team, with clear implementation milestones.
