Digital products
Business Fix products are downloadable templates, worksheets and guidance. They are not software, consultancy, legal advice, tax advice or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions and for checking work produced with any AI service.
Price and access
The checkout shows the total price in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is issued only after the payment provider confirms payment. Download links are personal to the purchaser, time-limited and subject to a reasonable download limit. The seller is not VAT registered, so the listed price is the final customer price.
Licence
A purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the files inside one business. The files may be shared with that business's employees and contractors for its internal work. They may not be resold, republished, uploaded as a public template library or used to create a competing product.
Digital-content cancellation and refunds
If you are buying as a consumer, a 14-day cancellation period normally applies to an online purchase. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content, supply may begin during that period only after you give express consent and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins. If that consent and acknowledgement are not collected, your applicable cancellation rights remain. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or cannot be supplied.
Practical outcomes
The product provides a system for selecting, testing and measuring AI-supported work. Results depend on the buyer's business, source material, review process and implementation. Capacity value is not a promise of cash savings or additional revenue.
Problems with access
If a paid order cannot be downloaded, email sales@keystoneai.uk or use the contact page and provide the email used at checkout. Do not send card details.
