Consultancy

Direct input, when it's genuinely useful

I take on a small number of businesses where I can see a specific problem I know how to fix. It's not a retainer mill and it isn't for everyone.

What I help with

  • Marketing and lead flow

Where enquiries come from, what they cost, and why they aren't converting once they arrive.

  • AI and automation systems

Removing admin and response delay without creating a system nobody trusts.

  • Websites and SEO

Whether your site is an asset or a brochure, and what to fix first.

  • Business systems

Quoting, onboarding, job tracking and reporting that survive growth.

  • Commercial growth

Pricing, margin, capacity and which opportunities to say no to.

Who it isn't for

  • Pre-revenue ideas looking for validation
  • Anyone wanting a guaranteed number attached to a fee
  • Businesses looking to outsource the decision rather than make it

Where my companies fit

  • Reclaim Tax UK Tax relief made simple for UK businesses.
  • Keystone AI Stop losing the leads you already get.
  • Keystone Site Stop losing job proof, sign-off and reviews inside WhatsApp.

If one of my companies is the right answer for your problem, I'll say so and declare the interest. If it isn't, I won't push it.

Consultancy enquiry

Tell me what's going on. The more specific, the more useful my answer.

I read everything. I don't reply to everything — if it's not a fit, I'd rather not waste your time.

Consultancy FAQs

What do you actually help with?
Marketing and lead flow, AI and automation systems, website and SEO strategy, business systems, and commercial growth decisions. Usually the problem is a broken handover between two of those, not a missing tool.
Is this coaching?
No. It's direct operator input on specific commercial problems. If you want weekly accountability calls, I'm the wrong person.
How does it work?
You send the detail, I review it, and if I think I can help I'll propose a scope. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll say so and where possible point you elsewhere.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. I'll tell you what I'd do, what it should cost and what the realistic range of outcomes looks like.
Will you recommend your own companies?
If they genuinely fit, yes, and I'll say clearly that I own them. If a competitor is the better answer for you, I'll tell you that instead.
