Owner dependency means routine decisions, working knowledge, customer progress or responsibility repeatedly need the owner. The aim is to give recurring work clearer ownership and usable processes while keeping appropriate judgement with the owner.
Is the Owner Dependency Check free?
Yes. It takes about four minutes, and your result is visible without registration or an email address. Emailing the result and receiving follow-ups are optional.
What does the check assess?
It asks about decisions, team ownership, business knowledge, delivery, sales, customers, financial visibility and systems. It also asks what actually happened when you were away. You can say when something is unknown.
How reliable is the diagnosis?
