My verdict
The default AI assistant for day-to-day business work. Fast, broad and good enough for most commercial tasks.
What it does
ChatGPT is a general AI assistant. You give it context and instructions, and it drafts, rewrites, summarises, analyses data, writes structured output and helps you think through commercial decisions.
What I use it for
First drafts of landing page copy, structuring proposals, summarising long documents, cleaning up messy data and building repeatable prompts for tasks my teams run weekly.
Why I use it
It removes the blank page. The speed gain is in first drafts and structure, not in publishing raw output.
