The AI tools I actually use in day-to-day business work, and what each one is genuinely good for.
Most AI tool lists are written by people who have never had to justify a subscription. This one is not. Every tool here earns its place by removing hours from a task I would otherwise do myself or pay someone else to do.
The pattern that works for UK small businesses is narrow and boring: use AI to draft, summarise, classify and chase. Do not use it to speak to customers unsupervised, and do not publish raw output.
