Fewer tools, better documented
Running more than one business punishes complexity. Every extra tool is another login, another integration, another thing nobody maintains.
My rule: if a tool is used by one person only, it gets cancelled or absorbed.

- Notion for process and documentation
- ClickUp for project delivery
- GoHighLevel for CRM and follow-up
- Xero for accounts, Stripe for payments
- ChatGPT and Claude for drafting and editing
The real constraint
It is never software. It is whether the process is written down well enough that someone else can run it.
Documentation is the highest-leverage thing I do, and it costs nothing but time.
