Workflow
My website and landing page setup
Websites look acceptable but generate few enquiries, and changes take weeks.
The outcome
A fast site built around the enquiry, with campaign pages that can ship in a day.
The steps
Decide the site's job
Content engine, sales asset, or both. That decides the platform.
Structure before design
One page per real search intent, sensible internal linking, no duplicate near-identical pages.
Build the proof layer
Photos of real work, named testimonials, service areas, accreditations.
Make contact obvious
Phone number in the header, short form, and a fast reply behind it.
Campaign pages separately
Framer for single-offer pages so tests do not wait on the main site.
Measure enquiries, not visits
Conversion events for form submits and phone taps in Analytics.
Where this usually goes wrong
- Redesigning instead of fixing the offer
- Hiding the phone number
- Publishing thin service-area pages with swapped town names
- No conversion tracking, so nobody knows what works
Where my companies fit
Declared openly — these are businesses I benefit from.
- Keystone AI
The follow-up behind the form is where most sites lose money. Keystone AI covers that side for trades.
