The test is whether it takes work off my plate
AI agents are everywhere at the moment. Plenty look impressive in a demo, but the test for me is simpler: does it actually take work off my plate?
That is why I have been impressed with Marblism. Rather than another AI chat window, it gives AI employees specific jobs: executive assistant, sales rep, receptionist, SEO writer and social media manager.
Stan: the best AI sales agent I've tested
Stan is the Marblism employee that has impressed me most commercially. Many prospecting tools find data, write emails or automate follow-ups; Stan brings those parts together.
You define who you want to reach and it can find prospects, research them, prepare personalised outreach, send from your own inbox and follow up. A clear ideal customer, proposition and instructions still matter; AI does not turn a poor offer into a compelling one.
Eva: inbox admin that quietly saves time
I use Eva as an AI Executive Assistant to organise my inbox. Incoming email can be sorted so I can see what needs attention rather than working through one long queue.
When an email needs a response, Eva can prepare a draft inside my inbox. I review, change and send it, so I retain control over what goes out.
Penny: turning expertise into SEO-focused articles
Penny is Marblism's AI SEO Blog Writer. It can identify potential topics and keywords around a business and turn them into a solid first version.
I would not let any AI publish unlimited articles without oversight. The opinion needs to be yours, facts need checking and the finished piece still needs to be useful. Penny removes work between an idea and a credible draft.
Sonny and Rachel: social media and calls with a next action
Sonny helps keep social channels active without making me start the content process from scratch every time. I can still step in when I have something particular to say, without becoming the bottleneck for every post.
Rachel can answer calls, deal with questions, capture information, book appointments and transfer calls. For a small business, that is the difference between an AI voice novelty and something that can take real work away.
What I like most about Marblism
Businesses do not need another twenty pieces of software. They need enquiries answered, prospects followed up, inboxes sorted, content published, social media updated and calls dealt with.
Marblism packages AI around those outcomes, with the different employees in one platform. I still manage these employees much like people: give them context, define what good looks like, review their work and refine the process.
Is Marblism worth trying?
For me, yes. Stan is currently the standout because it gets closer to giving someone the job of prospecting instead of simply giving me another prospecting tool.
The value becomes clearer when several employees work together: Stan generates conversations, Eva keeps the inbox under control, Penny helps create search content, Sonny keeps channels active and Rachel handles callers. That feels like an extra layer of capacity inside a business.
